Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management tool, which will give you full authority over your mailbox accounts and mailing lists. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can create a new e-mailbox in no time and manage its settings easily. In addition, you can redirect e-mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, finetune e-mail filters, set up auto-response messages and shield your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming mails according to certain rules specified by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your mail accounts and set the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mail messages from one email account to another, or even to a number of other e-mailboxes. Just select the email box you would like to redirect email messages from, then select the destination e-mail box and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the email client of your liking to access your email mailboxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
